Fully Managed Service
We usually work with a fully managed service - involving doing everything from photos, to listings, responding to enquiries, building relationships with guests, and changeovers/maintenance. We aim to offer a hands-off option for owners, making their holiday home as stress-free as possible.
Listing Creation & Ongoing Updates
Creation of listings from scratch for platforms such as AirBnB, TripAdvisor & VRBO, and ongoing maintenance of/improvements to listings. This also includes pricing and price optimisation where suitable.
Interacting with guests to encourage booking, answer any questions, and provide any necessary pre-arrival information (for example: directions, access codes, etc).
AirBnB Property Management
A fully responsive co-host service on AirBnB, responding to questions & booking enquiries, and allowing you to take a back seat. Short term holiday cover is also available for owners who manage their own listings.
Photos (interior & exterior) of your property and the surrounding area. Staging is also available, to make your property look its best, and 'lived in'.
Changeover & Servicing Arrangements
Arranging changeovers, maintenance & repair services - ideal for owners who do not live locally. We can also do a fortnightly check of properties in Argyll during periods your property is unoccupied - checking for any issues, and making sure it is securely locked up.
24/7 Emergency Contact
Emergency contact provision for your guests - dealing with any immediate questions, or any problems they may encounter in the first instance.
Help & Advice
If you are just setting up, we can offer help and advice on everything from renovations and furnishings (including what to/not to do in order to assist your changeover routine), right through to essential requirements, house rules, and even whether or not to allow certain types of bookings.
Creation of a welcome folder for your property, including useful phone numbers, things to see/do, and other essential information. Creation/provision of welcome baskets is also available.
